Available Shifts for Customer Support

We are hiring for two time slots:

1. Day Shift – Customer Support

⏰ 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Perfect for candidates looking for a regular daytime schedule.

2. Afterhours Customer Support

⏰ 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Military clock: 18:00–03:00)

Ideal for those who prefer late-evening shifts with peaceful working hours and added shift advantages.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and company portals

  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams

  • Resolve delivery-related issues
